General Program for Developing and Qualifying Voluntary Social Work Sector – Sudan · General Goals of the program: Make participants acquire various knowledge and skills in voluntary work either in the field of financial resource development or plants implementation that would enable them to translate and implement the ideas of this vital work as projects and work plants on land and manage them to ensure sustainability and success. · The programs' contents and elements for the benefit of participants: 1. Identify local needs required to establish and found voluntary work. 2. Job descriptions and prepare organizational frames. 3. Let participants recognize scientific principles and concepts to marketing voluntary work and making them acquire skills required for planning and design marketing campaigns. 4. Develop participants' skills in fund raising and financial resource growth. 5. Acquaintance on how to study data required to follow up and evaluate projects and how to modify and differentiate such projects. 6. Smoothening and developing participants' skills to manage and invest the available time in the best way. 7. Develop participants' skills and abilities to manage public relations process in the field of voluntary work according to modern concepts. 8. Provide Participants with essential concepts to analyze, evaluate and solve problems and make critical decisions. 9. Provide Participants with essential knowledge of training methods and relevant applications in voluntary work. 10. Enable participants of well-letters and reports' writing and organizing. 11. Identify concepts and types of projects' feasibility studies and apply them in this field. 12. Let participants recognize the estimated balance sheet concept, objectives and how to prepare and follow up their implementation. 13. Identify the concept of control and follow-up systems, and their importance in voluntary work funds protection.
